1 to 4

well, i got a list of 100 themes off , and decided to give it a shot, with all the pictures relating to me somehow... which is why i finally decided to put this into portraits (i was thinking of putting it into miscellenious, cos some pictures are of animals or objects, but oh well).

this piece has the themes 1 to 4 in it, and i'll explain what they represent (if it's boring, tough cookies... or you could just not read them... bah.)

1 - introduction
well, this is me as i often am, lounging about in comfy pants and hoodie, drinking diet coke. not much symbolism here...
2 - love
could have gotten a bit silly here, but i decided to draw myself with my cousins zac and evie... i'm five years older than zac, and about nine older than evie, and while i'm not blood-related to them (their grandmother married my grandfather after the father of her two sons died), i've probably interacted with them more than their other cousins.
evie's always clinging onto me, which is fine, but with zac, it's in turns of worshiping the very ground i stand on, doing everything in his power to annoy me, and ignoring me completely. he has currently entered the 'sullen teenage highschooler' mode, so i think i'll keep my distance for a bit... but giving him a gude on how to get through ocarina of time brought back the worshiping spark... for about five seconds. bah. heh, just realised that i've drawn them when they were younger... hope zac doesn't see this, i'm sure he'd be offended at how short i made him. you're still shorter than me, though! ha!
3 - light
this is my cat, mot. in another picture, i'll explain where his name comes from... but yes. he's a seven year old cornish rex, a damn fussy eater, and seems to be digging for gold when hiding his own nuggest... too much information there? well, suffer. he tends to sleep on my bed a lot, which would be fine, but only if he didn't go under both covers... he makes the sheets smell... gaaaah...
4 - this is my mum's cat, leo (but i call him 'cat'...) she used to have a devon rex (omni, who was even weirder than mot), but i think he ripped up too many things... can't remember what happened to him... but leo somehow turned up this year, after her partner took him in from some friend or something. he's a russian blue, has a hyperspeed purr and the highest pitched whiny voice... but at least he eats homebrand food. he also seems to like diet coke... hmmm...

and yeah. i've been drawing some of these theme's out of order, but i want to post them in some sort of one, so while i've done 5 and 6, i'll do 7 and 8 first then put them up together... 15 to 18 might even be finished before then, but we'll seeeee......
